Graduation Ceremony
RSVP for the June 8, 2025 Graduation Ceremonies!
Fill out the RSVP for the 2025 Graduation Ceremonies.
The 2025 Graduation Ceremonies will be live streamed starting on June 8, 2025 at 10:00am EST. Note: Audio will begin once the procession and Star Spangled Banner is complete.
2025 Graduation Information
You will be assigned to one of two graduation ceremonies, 10:00am or 1:00pm. You will receive your specific ceremony time in early May, 2025
Please remember to be ON TIME based on the following timelines. If you are not present for the lineup, you may not be permitted to participate in the ceremony depending on seat availability.
Do not forget your cap, gown, and tassel (purchased from Barnes & Noble Bookstore). Your honor cords, if eligible, will be given to you during registration. Since the gowns are black, it is recommended that men wear dark pants, light shirt, and tie; and the women wear a dark dress or light blouse and dark skirt or pants with dark shoes.
10:00am Ceremony:
- 8:30am – Registration Begins
- Pick up 6 tickets and give to your family/friends
- 9:00am – Crouse Performance Hall Doors Open
- 9:30am – Graduates PROMPTLY Lineup in Exhibit Hall
- 10:00am – Ceremony Begins
1:00pm Ceremony:
- 11:30am – Registration Begins
- Pick up 6 tickets and give to your family/friends
- 12:00pm – Crouse Performance Hall Doors Open
- 12:30pm – Graduates PROMPTLY Lineup in Exhibit Hall
- 1:00pm - Ceremony Begins
2025 GRADUATION PHOTOS
Ayers Photography will be taking individual pictures of each graduate at the ceremony. Proofs of these photographs can be viewed online and information will be available on placing an order for specific pictures approximately 2 weeks following the ceremonies.
Diploma Information
Degrees and Diplomas will be electronically e-mailed to current students from Parchment when finals are completed and grades submitted unless other arrangements have been made with the Registrar’s office. Please allow 4-6 weeks for receipt of this email. It will be sent to your UNOH email address.
HOTEL INFORMATION
Parking Information
Downtown Lima has implemented a parking fee for the garages and lots located near the Civic and Convention Center. The fee for both locations is $10 cash only. Please come prepared for this fee if you plan to park in the garage or city lots.
