Please be sure to allow 6-8 weeks before you are officially graduated in our system. Please check your mailing address on file and update if necessary. Once graduated, you may place an order and your transcript will reflect the date conferred.
Transcripts can be ordered via the Web 24/7 through . You can place as many orders as you like in one session using any major credit card. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed. Order updates will be emailed to you. You can also track your order online using your email address and order number.
Your signed consent may be required to fulfill your transcript order. For your convenience, a consent form will be generated and should be completed as part of your Parchment order. Students will need to maintain their Parchment account information for future orders.
Transcripts will not be faxed under any circumstances.
You can upload up to three documents to be attached to your transcript in PDF format only. You will be presented with this option when placing your order. Attachments must be “ready to deliver” and will go directly to the receiving institution without being handled by the Registrar's Office. If you need a signature on your attachment, please have that done before placing your Parchment Order.
